Owner & Managing Partner
As part of the third generation of the VanHoose family to build in Oklahoma, Grant VanHoose continues the tradition of craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service that has defined the family for decades. In addition to building, Grant is responsible for land acquisition and overseeing developments from being raw land to a finished out neighborhood.
Grant believes every custom home should reflect the people who live in it, not a template or production schedule. His hands -on approach ensures every homeowner receives the attention, communication, and quality they deserve throughout the entire building process. It’s a philosophy that has helped earn the trust of homeowners across Central Oklahoma and continues the VanHoose legacy of projects made to last.
Grant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, and fly fishing.
MEET ROSCOE
VP of the Department of Goodtimes (DOG)
Every great team has a morale officer, and ours just happens to have four legs.
Roscoe proudly serves as VanHoose Residential’s Vice President of the Department of Good Times (DOG), making occasional appearances on job sites, supervising snack breaks, and reminding everyone not to take life too seriously.
While he leaves the custom home building to Grant and the team, Roscoe is always happy to greet clients, accept ear scratches, and ensure every project is completed with plenty of tail wags along the way.
